Attorney Aaron Mullen

Aaron Mullen, the managing member of Mullen Associates PLLC, focuses his legal practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions; estate litigation; and municipal law.
Mr. Mullen’s real estate practice has ranged from representing clients on residential real estate purchases and sales to negotiating million-dollar commercial real estate and business transactions. His commercial experience has allowed him to help individuals with oil, gas, and wind leases or sales; to represent landlords for the purchase or sale of multi-unit rental homes or mobile home communities; and to represent business owners in turn-key style business purchases including restaurants, gas stations, garbage collection businesses, and others.
With respect to estate litigation, Mr. Mullen has successful litigation and trial experience related to will contests. In order for a last will and testament to be accepted by a Surrogate Court, it has to be “probated.” Mr. Mullen has represented clients who have: objected to probate; who have sought to probate wills; who have sought to hold fiduciaries accountable; and who have sought removal of fiduciaries for failure to properly perform their duties.
Mr. Mullen’s municipal practice ranges from serving as general counsel to towns and villages to guiding municipalities through proposed major electric generating facility (Article 10) certification procedures.
