Attorney Peter C. Bradstreet

Peter C. Bradstreet’s private practice began as Bradstreet & Bradstreet here in Bath in 1974. His practice was a general practice of civil and criminal law for close to two decades before he was elected to the Steuben County bench in 1992. His judicial responsibilities grew over the years to include Acting Supreme Court Justice, 4th Department (1998-2018), Lead Judge, Steuben County Adult Felony Drug Court (2001-2015), and Steuben County Family Dependency Treatment Court (2001-2015). He retired from the bench in 2018. Since then, he has taught at times at Campbellsville University as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice.

He reentered private practice with Mullen Associates in September of 2023 and his practice now focuses on civil matters.

Peter has always been involved in his community service, including: serving on the County Judges’ Association of the State of New York (Treasurer, 2013-2014; President, 2014-2015; and Executive Committee, 2011-2018); volunteering as a board member for: the New Life Homes-Snell Farm (group home for boys), River Rats Community Youth Swim Program, the United Way of Central Steuben County, the Northern Steuben County Chapter of the American Red Cross, and the Avoca N.Y. Central School; and serving on the Sheriff’s Committee for Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative for Steuben, County, NY (2020-2021).
