Estate Planning & Probate

One of the most satisfying things that we are privileged to do as attorneys is assist our clients in planning for the future. While there are a variety of options available to people who want to plan for the well-being of themselves and their families, we often recommend the following: last will and testament, power of attorney, living will, HIPAA form, and health care proxy. We refer to these documents as a “will package.”
We can also help clients plan to protect their assets from the nursing home in a variety of ways, including cases where many people might believe it is already too late.
Finally, we also help people probate and administer estates after the death of a loved one. Our experience in this area ranges from routine probate matters to complex issues that require extensive litigation regarding the validity of a will or trust.
